Burnsbridgesweet provides hydro-engineering consultancy, including municipal drainage infrastructure modeling, hydraulic analysis, and regulatory compliance advisory under the Nigerian Federal Ministry of Water Resources guidelines. All deliverables are technical reports, models, and design recommendations. We do not provide construction, financing, or legal services.
The client must supply accurate site data, existing infrastructure records, and project briefs. Delays or inaccuracies in client-provided information may affect project timelines and outcomes. The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities.
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific consultancy engagement. We are not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to flood damage, construction delays, or regulatory penalties arising from reliance on our models. Our work is advisory; final design and construction decisions rest with the client and their contractors.
All reports, models, drawings, and methodologies developed by Burnsbridgesweet remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client receives a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for the specific project. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
We treat all client data as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law. Clients agree not to share our proprietary methods or unpublished findings without prior approval.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, the client pays for work completed up to that date.
